What I did
I handled project management in partnership with B/Ferraz. I managed a multidisciplinary schedule with 300 parallel tasks: KVs, communication plan, approvals, hiring, pre-production, production and post-production, including animations, sets, costumes, rehearsals and recordings.
Context
Santander's 2020 Christmas activation, with B/Ferraz, adapted to pandemic restrictions: a musical show featuring real stories of overcoming adversity, animated and projected onto building facades in 4 cities.
